Nowadays there's far less investment, the box has been inflated by too much garbage, and the holos don't really do the SMP type streams where everyone interacts with everyone else - this is what prompts fans to remember at least a few things about EVERY holo.

Aqua was far more involved in big collabs, had a solid friendship with Marine, Pekora etc.
Chloe just stuck to HoloX and even then it didn't really feel like she was trying all that hard to connect with her genmates or the other girls.
