Got to that part right about now and the lead to the story was that she asked the chat what they do when apologizing to someone is not enough, in that they are still angry after it.
So she tells a story where she and a friend were on their way home, they stopped by the bathroom and Pekora left first, as her friend came out Pekora splashed her with some water she had brought with her when she washed her hands.
Friend obviously got angry and Pekora was desperately apologizing the whole way back. The finer details I can't really remember right now but I think it ended up being a nice memory for them after the initial shit.

Just like playing jrpg you have to take a different approach/mentality. For me is easy since I love jrpg and I played some unstranslated jrpg before. I still couldn't enjoy Xenoblade though but I liked her Mother 2 gameplay.
Builders is different though. It as famous names, monsters and music from thr franchise but it lacks of the story, characters and overall charm of the main games. It also starts really slow, yoi have to wait a lot to unluck better features. The stream is carried by Peko's roleplay/jokes and her love for the franchise. JRPGs are probably the hardest games to watch. For me, with anyone other than Pekora the game has to be in the sweet spot of being a game I'm either familiar with or plan on never ever playing, but not so familiar that I'd be burned out seeing another person play it. She's screaming in anger at youtube while the credits roll and as the song picks up she tries to yell over it. The kepo used to be a lot more frequent before and I think a lot of people speculated on that it was just she random hiccups that she turned into a cute sound instead but I think when she went to the doctor and got told she has a condition that causes stomach acid to more easily reflux into the throat so I started thinking it was that instead.
That everytime she kepos it is an acid reflux which makes a little more sense I think since hiccups are usually too sudden to control but acid refluxes aren't as audible.
The reason for her kepo is pure speculation mind you, I don't think she has ever explained exactly why she does it but she probably has at one point.
