Because of that, even if she has the same amount of talented fans (or more, considering how she encourages cosplayers and promotes them) as the other talents, the other fans and cosplayers are more likely to retweet cosplays or artpieces form the others because they appreciate those cosplays more. That's just simple human nature at work, which is squared up by the Twitter retweet system. If we go back to the asspull numbers:
500 cosplayers are around and everyone retweets those pieces they like. Because Kiara owns a smaller retweet network because of her lack of reach, her 10% share of cosplayers will only be 1% of someone's timeline. That's why the cosplayer said that she rarely sees Kiara cosplays in the first place.
