She put up Melody and Mayday, it's a conscious decision to wait for the full album release instead of just a forgetfulness thing or spamming with a bunch of single releaseses. I don't think it really detracts from the album if you've heard everything on it before, though, since you have the hype of all the unheard songs time and time again instead of one big burst with the album drop. If anything, this means that I spend more time appreciating each song instead of just picking my initial favorites and neglecting the others.

Though from what I've heard of amatsuka, she's been a miss for me so far.

I thought spotify was anal about covers which was why kamitsubaki doesn't have any uploaded but this doesn't seem to be the case. Granted I don't know if/how these covers work under their monetization scheme for the artist.

Youtube has a general blanket agreement for using other people's music, while putting it up for sale and other platforms requires actually securing an agreement. Doesn't mean that it's impossible, see Kobasolo's discography as an example or Annapantsu, but it takes more effort and money. Add on that they're an actual company which means that they're much more attractive as a legal target instead of some random dude who's just hoping to fly under the radar, and it makes sense.

Also I'll be honest being signed with a label is not that big a deal in Niji, off the top of my head Deron, Iinchou, Raindrops (Joe, Ryushen, Akina, Elu, Masaru, and Warabeda), Trinity (Furen, Hakase, Rion), and the Shibuya unit of Denonbu (Sukoya Kana, Sister Claire, Sara Hoshikawa) are all signed to labels, but that's more of a sign of them wanting to produce original music rather than their singing prowess. Even Kazaki was signed as a duo with Gibara, and hasn't really produced anything since the latter's retirement, though I think she's still signed to them.

I don't really disagree with your assesments of those particular tracks, and I prefer Chima over Inui in general, but Inui's claim to fame is how much she sounds like Aimer, her RE:I Am in particular blows the original out of the water
