Really? If anything I was surprised that their workload outside of streaming can be contextualized as being as much as 2 hours a day if they do it regularly. Like I already knew it wasn’t a 40 hours a week job, but assuming that’s just the routine workload, it’ll quickly build up to an entire day worth of work if you don’t keep on top of it, and there’s also the meetings and trips to Japan if you want to do extracurricular projects like 3Dlives. And then of course there’s the work that simply goes in to streaming which isn’t included.

If your assumption was that these girls are worked to the bone as much or more than a normal job, than your expectations were the problem. We already have a baseline for how much a genuine workaholic can feasibly stream in the form of girls like Mori, Biboo, Kaela, or Koyori. Basically you can assume that every hour less that a holo streams than those girls is likely the amount of free time that these girls have available.
