Honestly I don't know the full details. My understanding is that reforge tries to incorporate newer features from A1111 and Forge is going in its own direction with Flux support. What I do know is that for a while, the Forge author started committing a bunch of breaking changes to master instead of a test branch and the reforge guy is a lot more careful about that sort of thing. I can't live with being afraid to pull an update so I use reforge.

Updated the Flow Glow DoRA for Noob, it's in the Mega as version alpha2
You can call Niko, Vivi, and Su with just 1girl, <full name>, but the rest 2 needs additional tags:

1girl, rindo chihaya, black hair, teal hair, white hair, red eyes, medium hair,

1girl, isaki riona, one side up,

The whole DoRA is kinda burned, so you might have to reduce weight to 0.9 or lower and add some character attribute tags from the prompts for alpha1

For comparison, this was only 3600 steps at 3e-5 unet and 2e-5 te, while the eps version was 4000 steps at 3e-5 unet, 1e-5 te + 7000 steps at 1e-5 unet, 5e-6 te + 1000 steps 3e-5 unet + 2e-5 te and felt about on par, or only slightly more baked

It's a bit finnicky still and colors can get jumpy but this latest vpred version is a big jump from eps v1 imo, anatomy and stuff are a lot better and much easier to prompt in. It does require euler and cfg below 5, hope that gets worked out eventually.

Pick EPS for now. Without getting too into the technicalities, vpred uses a different way of creating images and the current A1111 can't do it properly (for now anyway). You'd need other UI like Comfy or ReForge. For now you can think about it as vpred having better controls over color and contrast vs EPS models. 99% of people are running EPS models in this thread, by the way.

Don't wanna make a whole official post since I don't consider it done, but I made a new version of my Koganei Niko lora. The face and shirt are more accurate to the character design, but the jacket is still not accurate and sometimes 'bare arms' is a necessary token to avoid a phantom jacket.
Again my intention is to make a design-accurate lora, so compatibility with other styles is not something I'm particularly caring for. Right now I'm waiting for a model showcase and maybe a character reference sheet in an actually usable resolution, as well as more art in general so I can cherry pick for full body recognition (a lot of art is upper body only).
I'm really trying to capture that dopey face of hers. Needs more work

Well after some testing, I'm finding that 1024 face Adetailer and 512 eye fits the best with the overall composition. I'm not the original anon but the suggestion to build off >>89242637 helped a lot and I wanted to give them credit as well.
