It's possible but any male will have an uphill battle from sabotage and undermining from other jealous men and women, especially big names in the vtuber scene who have a financial interest in keeping it a "female only" scene. They might not be direct about it, but they will never do anything that gives you attention or views, you'll constantly find it hard to get collabs because you'll be soft 'blacklisted', etc. And if you have a single yab expect it to be dug up. You play the siscon and brocon roles for a while, then do solo streams and collabs often to keep the content fresh. This is a niche that exists and nobody has yet filled by vtubers. I'd do it myself but there's not a shred of entertainment value in me and also no gf or female weeb friend so if you do go right ahead.

From what I've seen from observing male vtubers is that they often have larger audiences than female vtubers, but women and homosexual men are less likely to come to /vt/ to talk about how lonely they are and wish XYZ was their husbando.
