Now think about this: what could Fauna know? Well, think about the connections she has that Kiara doesn't have. Fauna is part of several other friendship groups that don't involve Kiara: such as the Twilight Crew (Fauna, Mumei, Shiori, Nerissa, Bijou), as well as SNOT (Fauna, Kronii, Mumei, Gura) and more recently the Clementine group that includes Kiara and Gigi (and by extension CC).
Some other things to consider: Fauna is the one EN who didn't want to do 3D lives (which involves inviting guests), didn't go to Japan again and didn't go with the others on the NA trip.

Here's my current theory:
Fauna, because of her involvement in multiple friendship groups - unlike Kiara until now - knows that certain members behind the scenes are all bitchy as fuck and shitalk each other in different groups and particularly talk badly about members like Kiara; Fauna feels bad about this and has lost respect for all of them, hanging out with them as little as possible without making it obvious what she's doing.
