Neither Cover or Anyakara will hire a European ever. They will probably make an overseas office in the future to do events and 3D from in NA. They're just going to build on that timezone and area, including SEA and Oceania since they can just fly them over to Japan for events.
Kiara was an exception since she was in Japan at the time and she has demonstrated that she can get a visa and regularly visits Japan.
EU will never make it in the corporate sphere unless an actual company starts there and covers those time zones from 5 pm to 12pm EU hours, since no english corpo streams at those hours. It's free real estate.
So if any new start up company wants any input, try to monopolize those hours.

I actually like Hakos' time as a West Coast US. Having an EN starting fresh at like midnight-1am my time is very cool because usually I am only used to JPs being on at that hour and the ones of those I like, aren't always on.

I can however see if you're east coast Hakos is usually no-go and that's annoying, and it's kind of middle of the day for Europe so also an annoying time if you have school/work.

She did do a stream at like 5am my time recently and no.. I am no early bird.. at all.. so had to just catch the vod. Her sweet spot IMO should be angling up like 2ish hours earlier than the times she usually starts at currently - this catches some of JP and also both coasts of late night US/CA instead of only west coast. That'd be the smartest tactical move if she can manage it, aim for like 11pm PDT/ 2AM EST (central is a thing too and some people wouldn't have trouble catching that).
