I checked the show and found that the episode that won the award is an extended version of the pilot episode. The pilot released in 2015, the extended pilot released in 2016, the Emmy award was given on April 2017 and she starts to get credited on the 4th episode released on August 2017. On April 2018 the show was nominated again, but she is not in the nominated staff and they didn't won.
She didn't worked on the extended pilot episode, but was probably hired for the next ones before the 2017 Emmy award was given.
