Myth clearly did get into some fights with management which explains the "health" breaks with various talents and why Ame left to become an indie vtuber. Ina and Kronii were the first Korean talents hired by Hololive and they are treated like garbage. The most sexualized designs in the EN branch with the skimpiest outfits, frequently ghosted by management for weeks, and there is a suspicious number of "mistakes" when they ask for company resources.

There might be financial reasons why Cover didn't want Ina to have another 3D live since that does take up a lot of time at the studio. If a talent is getting a 2.0 model redesign there isn't a financial reason to use studio time on the current design since it will have no merch value. Still management let Ina make her plans for the Japan trip and spend her money to set up the recordings for the 3D live and than "accidentally" cancelled that with an expired work visa.

Hololive won't be able to sell merch with her current design and they don't care about the used goods market. Cover is running a business and dozens of talents wants to use the 3D studio. An ice cold management decision would explain why the work visa mistake only delayed her 3D live.
