I feel you anon, considering his waifu is Rosetta that's probably what he had planned when designing this character. Still though I feel she could work as a tomboy(Calli) or elegant ojousama(Reine) with a goofy side instead of a true mommy type.
The chuuni seems harder to fit, but Nene definitely seems like the closest match as an actual real life chuuni. Considering how shit her actual original design was it's a bit of a shame.

The point was likely not to make a vtuber, just a mascot character that could be used to replace Yotsuba as the 4chan mascot. Hiromoot is a jew and wanted to sell 4chan merch and licensing that he couldn't do with Yotsuba.
