eh? as long as the mod is free and not by the tcg sim devs that's more than fine. sites like gamebanana and models-resource have thousands of pokemon assets, nintendo has the power to nuke them (a splatoon modder has had his GB stuff taken down before) but don't because it's harmless. they start to take notice on things like fan games but even then you've got emerald rogue which is extremely popular and they haven't made a move
