Her bitrate was over Twitch's maximum which may had something to do with that, but it's better for her to stream at 720/4500 bitrate, or something similar. The quality will be a bit lower, but it'll allow more users to view since about half of all users on Twitch view from a non-desktop device and most of those are running on mobile data or wifi. I've see people go up a fair amount in viewers just due to that alone.

Streaming solely at 1080p /6k Bitrate on Twitch isn't really the best idea if you want to really go for "true" min-maxing would should prioritize having the most viewers.

I had a whole spiel typed up on why Youtube doesn't really matter for vtubers as far as streamed content goes but for a dual-streamer I can see why it would.

I'm a huge advocator for focusing solely on Twitch since every second streamed on Youtube is a wasted opportunity to do it on a platform you'll actually get noticed, so I don't really see Youtube as a good option even with the few things it does have over Twitch. I've seen too many people swap from Youtube to Twitch and immediately do better in numbers and payouts as well as getting to interact with more vtubers which always leads to them enjoying themselves more.

Theres multiple ways one can do a pc building stream without revealing anything. Camera can be set up in a top-down view with a tripod focused on the innards of the case, or she could wear a go pro or something which can be strapped to the forehead.

I've witnessed JP VTubers reveal themselves on reflective surfaces so many times in the past that all I can really say is to be careful with how you do it. Even Koopa revealed herself recently doing it.
