First and foremost, you would be in charge of your team's aesthetics. That means finding models for the aesthetics people to convert to working into PES, or at least making boxhead/cardhead models for your team (which doesn't even require PES or Blender). If you do just this, you are a "caretaker".

If you want to fully manage, you need to install PES fully from the implyingrigged wiki and learn how to make tactics.
