When you look at Ina, you immediately know that she's an artist. Same with Mori as a rapper, Gura as a singer and Ame as a gamer/streamer. With Kiara, however, you can't tell at first glance what she's strong at (social skills, chat interaction, filling the air, playing multiple roles if needed) and you need to commit more time to appreciate her which just might be the most filtering thing about her amongst her genmates.

Kiara has gotten a lot better about being a bit more quieter when it's needed.
Last collab Mori wanted to be all thankful and talk about how much she loves her genmates and Kiara went "I also love my genmates". But as soons as she realised that wanted the attention for once (instead of not being able to handle it like it's often the case) she stopped and let Mori do her thing.
Meanwhile Gura is just starting to come out of her shell and does things like being unable to drop the Worms topic. Kiara tried being very tactful about it and take the blame for no Worms on herself but Gura pressed the matter until Kiara had to say that Mori's set-up makes Worms impossible.

They aren't perfect yet but they have all become so much better since the beginning. And honestly even since the Pummel Party collab.
