In a way this works out for Cover, the company is solely reliant on the talent's willingness to work with them and if one member decides to quit, the morale or everyone (specially the Genmates) plummits to the ground.
The members won't stay forever and myth kept saying over and over how surprised they are that they made it 4 years, which is something that Hololive definitely wants to avoid in the long term if it ever wants to continue growing in the future.

If I was a Hololive employee id be terrified of the idea that my entire Job inside the company is entirely depentent on how long these members decide to stream, especially when most of them being you women who probably are still filled with hopes and dreams on things they want to do for the remainder of their youth.
