The thing that gives Hana rrat here any legs despite the timeline is the ghost character in NijiEN3 which seems to have been precasted. I don't know how or why Hana would end up voicing a precasted NijiEN3 character but atm she is one of the only four known candidates and it's the only known role she could have graduated for if she hasn't completely quit. The possiblities I can come up with are she is someone's personal friend or she didn't pass the first auditions but Anykara had her in mind for future waves and was willing to settle it with Kawaii after she had proven herself as a streamer. Kanae is a famous case of Ichikara going out of their way to recruit a talent they rejected at first because they had a fitting character for them in a newer wave.

I'm under impression this is because she didn't ask for permission. And this is important because branches in other countries are usually daughter companies and have their own management, contracts and infrastructure. Letting in unauthorized people from another branch, de-facto another company, into your IT infrastructure poses a certain amount of risks that goes against both guidelines and perhaps even contracts with other talents as well.

Say Haachama signed shit to keep doxx-exploitable info secret for HoloJP infrastructure. What if she logs into HoloEN minecraft server and accidentally doxxes IP of other online players?

True, to be honest I'm just trying to temper my expectations due to years of getting burned because I didn't keep them in check, better to underestimate and be pleasently surprised than overestimate and get a punch to the gut.
