Yes, but it's a shit mod because there's only two states: perfectly mobile and incapacitated on the floor. The whole "wait for ambulance, wait for drive to hospital, wait for treatment, drive back" process is way too obtrusive over having doctors be able to treat people on the spot for minor injuries, and requiring only hospital care for major ones, or letting people with minor injuries roleplay around having them and having to choose to go to the hospital, instead of just dropping to the floor and being unable to do anything for way too damn long.

I worry it ruins things in the long run too, if there's such a high penalty on getting hurt in terms of time people are quickly going to avoid doing interesting things

It's really frustrating that the whole event was scheduled right in the middle of working hours, or that every time I opened the stream, the participants were shouting at each other in Japanese. On top of that, my oshi, Ina, had so little presence in the whole thing that no one even made a clip from her stream. Even some of the regulars couldn’t point out anything interesting from it. And I definitely don’t have time to watch a 5-hour VOD today. Also, during the previous Minecraft event, I realized that I’m not really interested in 90% of the Hololive members, and they mostly just feel like annoying distractions.

She was just one of the streams I was following so I wasn't paying the closest attention but there was literally a point where she and Irys were riding a roller coaster together. I'm sure if you just went to her stream and focused on the time she and Irys paired off, you'd get at least some English for you. But any "events" that happened to anyone are based on interactions with others and the general craziness. So almost all people are going to be background, I don't think there's a single medic/mechanic who would be viewed as a protagonist because they are very support roles. But they end up interacting with people from all the factions when those people need help.

Not every police and gang member is the same but in general they are the main characters. But civilians are also a part of the mix that have potential to be main characters (it's just that a lot of them were working at set-up for the first day). Like Polka became a main-character as a civilian by writing articles criticizing the way businesses were run and speaking for the citizen, but one of those business owners made a call to the police and Polka was arrested (twice) and forced to apologize and put out articles praising the business owner and the police.

Fun medic moments are generally go to be random interactions with other users like Luna being the one to pick up Cecilia after she jumped off a building and being a terrible driver, Fuwamoco delivering Mumei and not realizing when she flew out the back of their ambulance, etc.

I think there was a serious miscommunication regarding the importance of RP immersion, this is ALWAYS the main focus of these kind servers but it's very clear that aspect wasn't properly instructed to the girls who aren't used to it (again mostly JP)
