we learned shark meat is a poor source of proteins and moderately high in fat. much to the chat's immense amusement as they got to spam that gura was THICC because of the high fat content in shark meat. Which is factually wrong because red meat, pork and chicken (with the skin) all have on average a higher fat content (and much higher proteins content)

so shark meat isn't particularly fat, it is very fattening compared to most fish though.
