Her color palette doesn't fit the standard, proper vtuber rig. It works well as a standalone image, but it looks like absolute shit when moving. It's a wonder that no one in EN pointed it out.

I can explain why they thought it was a good idea.
They wanted a western cartoon style to appeal to western people to draw in more fans.
They also have no clue what a good design looks like if it isn't modern moeblob anime designs like Calliope and Gura.
