Okay here's an idea, FUWAMOCO have 0 time to play games and if they do have time it's only for short sessions.
So instead of making any attempt to actually play through these long games which will take them years to complete they should instead go wide and only do single streams of games and not do any repeats, that way they are always doing something new and the viewers never have to worry about them completing games or going back to shit games since it's already expected of them to just play something a little bit once and fuck off to the next thing.

Sort in ascending order, they are at 25/64 which puts them above 60% for streaming hours across Hololive.
But wait we're not done yet, because these stats count streams where they do split perspectives (yes I counted the number and the hours, feel free to do them yourself). You might count those, but I sure don't.
This would land them at a grand total of 27/64 which means they're above 57.8% of HoloMems.

Even if you included whatever excuses you'd like, they are still nowhere near "above the top 90% of hololive". They'd have to stream almost twice as much to get there.

Well about that last part I've got bad news... They can't even remember what happens in the day to day anymore with how badly their health is failing. Falling asleep in the dance studio, in taxis, at their desk while working on homework. I would try to understand what their mindset is about how to juggle everything and what plans they have to make the most of their time in Hololive.
I would take all of this and try to impress upon them that they need to take better care of themselves and it's okay for them to slow down the pace of their careers. One million subs in one year was a lofty goal, but even if it takes 20 months instead of 12, it's still one million. If they're concerned about losing some sort of spark or opportunity by taking too long, then they really need to know that going too hard will make burnout hit them extremely hard sooner than they think, which will really cause that spark/opportunity to be lost.
I would try to tell them that the Ruffians adore them and love spending time with them, and there's a calculation to be made about how best to protect Ruffians' smiles while managing how taxing it is on them. If streaming more makes Ruffians happy and homework stuff makes Ruffians happy, but hurting themselves to try to do both will make Ruffians unhappy, then they should know to balance that. Streaming can be less taxing on them while still making Ruffians happy, so putting more into that may be better in the end. Of course, following their dreams via homework stuff is important too, so that needs to be added to the calculation.
The only way that I would use managerial authority to force them to do anything would be to veto some homework stuff so they stay at a healthy level of work.
That and do everything in my power to keep everyone on the same schedule so they don't end up fucking triple booked again. Constantly calling and messaging every other manager in all departments at all levels so everyone stays on the same page.
