I think that's definitely a factor. Shiori doesn't mind taking her time to do things, doesn't want to increase subs/views at all costs, doesn't rush into projects... She has a solid idea of what she wants to do, does what's necessary to achieve it, and is happy for anyone who joins her for the ride. The fact that she's very organized probably also plays a role in how 'steady' she is. Really, her biggest obstacle is her introversion and she's gotten better with it in the past few months.
