You don't. That is a longer term project than you should be willing to commit to if you haven't even started. If you talk to enough of them and have a decent enough back catalog, you should be able to isolate the ones that are prone to openness, then you just focus on those. In spite of how open they might be, in all likelihood they're still going to look at what you've done and that's going to serve as the first impression. Probably couldn't hurt to buy some youtube subscribers :^)
