I think it's more Ame not reaching out to collab with Ina. My guess is most of their collabs were instigated by Ina, while Ame still gets the shakes asking for them, even almost a year later.

The one thing I like about Council is at least they each seem mostly original and barely overlap with the Myth girls. The only similarities I could see are Kronii and Calli but that's only because of their gap Moe personality.

Ame is still unique and special within all of EN and I doubt people who enjoy her personality and content will move on from her.

Judging from debuts alone can only go so far. Their real personalities won't start to show until a week or two down the line.
