A lot simpler than my usual gens, but it started with me wanting to see how well all of EN gens with my setup. There's definitly a difference in how well different characters react to different style loras/how well their lora adapts, e.g. the Ina lora created very interesting images compared to almost all others. The Irys Lora was also interesting, but sometimes forced a weird oil painting look with my artist stack. And of course, CC took a lot of manual fixing.

Probably gonna do this with ID/JP at some point as well, maybe even other agencies/Indies, cause why not I guess. Probably gonna be different concepts though.

Done. Sorry for the delay. I had to head out into Hollow Zero to grab some supplies. My rations were running low. But I've finished it.
Things of note:
1. I made 2 sets of 2 different styles. Hope you'll like one of them if not both.
2. Polka in side B is quite busty compared to her normal size, I hope you don't mind. It's mostly a style related thing, I could've made her smaller but decided to let it be.
3. I could've deleted many similar outputs but decided to keep them since they have small varieties that matter a lot in my eyes. Usually I am more harsh on repeating gens but I made an exception here.

There are so many things I love about this set and how it turned out. I sincerely hope you will like it too. Please tell me what you think.
Side B was a really tedious one to fix. If you notice any anomalies in that set - know that its something I either forgot to fix or "fixed". Its not perfect but I tried my best to salvage to the best of my capabilities at this time.

Flux is weird
First lora - all blocks, except modulation = 228 modules
Last lora - only single_blocks *linear2 = 38 modules
The result is almost identical. 80% of the blocks do nothing if you are training a character

Lowering to 512 makes the proportions noticeably better at least.

But for poses and styles it's not that simple

For example, I had some naked dogeza in my set, and only a version with both single and double blocks learned it.
So some part of double blocks determine pose and composition, but training double blocks alone is not enough for this

Honestly, I feel like this could be an issue of the model not being good at doing anime styles? It seems to get the details right for all of them, with Bijou, Nerissa and Cecilia being pretty specific designs. Of course, this is just the guessing of someone who only vaguely understands Loras etc. but I feel like this is already as good if not better than many of the character loras I've see on civitai and is just waiting for a model to take advantage of it.
Anyway, nice work. Might have to try flux again now, hopefully it's not 10min generation times on Q8 for me anymore with all the improvements.

Yeah, that's also my guess, cause none of the other artists really give it that mix of painterly and realistic. Specifically this https://files.catbox.moe/7507bt.png kind of shading that just screams traditional painting to me. But 4th tail doesn't really seem to be able to just add rembrant, and good luck finding a lora for him. SDXL probably knows the style, and I doubt it has been lost completely in 4th tail, but it's probably just too weak.

Done a few gens with it, I think this is a great first crack at it, especially for a multi-character LoRA (Don't think I've seen anyone else do one yet). Don't play too much with LLMs so I am new to the realm of quantization so could be just the version I am using but on GGUF Q6, if you up the guidance to 6 or above, I think the anatomy works fine. This also does seem to clash with some style LoRAs while work perfectly well on other ones. Flux-land is strange but I think we are getting there. I'll check and see how many of the characters work and how well but thanks again, I finally can gen someone else than Gura kek.

I think they should have around the same compatibility when I used it last. The training put a lot of the vtubers back in so may need to use those characters LoRA with weaker strength if you want a bit more accuracy.

I think it was 12gb for flux (probably quantized in some form + bnb + xformers) on Nvidias. All I heard about AMD flux training is that somebody was able to do it with 24gb. No further details. I have 24gb amd but haven't tried it yet. Next week I'll try to go back to training and test it out.
