Niji EN was a pretty good place for this, so a lot of people looking for this atmosphere moved there, but when it comes down to it, many people no longer want to support a black company. Phase is fine, but its the reputation that they are not scum as a company (in house merch, good management records, testimony from outside that they were treated well etc.) is what finds people a new home for those running from niji.

Phase has literally done nothing but good in the small corpo scene. In the early days, in 2021, Phase was one of the big promoters of small company unity, participating in multiple collabs alongside Cyberlive, Tsunderia, kawaii, Prism Project, etc. They just kept focused doing their thing, and eventually things started to pick up at the end of 2022.
Even now Phase is friendly with other small corpos like Idol, VReverie, PixelLink, V&U, Globie.
