It didn't. She put herself in the hospital because she had a mental breakdown due to a copyright issue with a song she was EXTREMELY excited to put out made it so she couldn't release it. That was on top of the stress from last year. So everything compounded and she realized she needed to be in the Hospital because her mental state was just no good.

Good thing she did too considering how bad her condition became. Also it seems like communicating with the fans cheered her up a bit. She has a bad personality where she gets really down on herself if she can't work so it is good the fans can reassure her that they they are waiting for her to come back. Also the hospital forcing her to have a regimented life and eat also helps. Especially considering she broke silence by herself. She seems to be improving. A lot of people who go through an extremely traumatic event like her year was often go through a sort of death and rebirth as she learns to LIVE. She is always going to live with it even if she were to go back to Hololive this period would always have a very somber tone.

The biggest cure is maturity honestly. Next year we might go through a lighter version if this and the year after it will get easier. She will stream again and she will do public streams but she needs to get passed this first.
