How do you cope with that?

I stopped watching vtubers and spent time with my family instead. It was hard for me since I had gotten so invested in watching vtubers from October 2020 to the front part of August 2021. I sort of resented spending time with my family since I had become so emotionally and mentally invested with the vtubers. It's a a good idea to workout and find something else to do instead of watching vtubers and browsing the internet. I went for a walk and swam a bit to clear my mind.

Just focus on your other hobbies (I hope you have some) and come back when you feel like it, I've been watching them for over two years and sometimes I take one or two month breaks. These days I only watch streams that sound very appealing to me rather than trying to catch all of my oshi's streams
