Yeah, I thought the same, there is ARCore on android but it's not as good. Looking at papers and the development of motion capture I expect deep learning based real-time full body tracking to become available in the next one or two years. (Might still require two or three cameras for good results though)

Vtube Studio uses the Face ID tech on iPhone to give one of the best Live2D tracking software yet. there is an Android version, but it's lacking in features you'd expect to be baseline like eye tracking and winking. And I agree, androidbros are probably out of luck for at least another year or two.
