Go do Deranged Archaeologist for a black dhide body, it's worth it over red. Or go do barrows a few hundred times hoping to get lucky (read: don't). Another thing is just to improve your stats (I had 70s across the board in combat skills when I did Sins of the Father, including prayer), especially magic because your magic level is the most important thing in magic defense.
Get other food to eat alongside karambwans. The strength of karams is the ability to tick-eat 2 items at once for a massive heal, you can't do that with 2 of the same thing. You can't tick-eat a pizza either (multi-bite items at all, including pies and cakes too) so consider buying potato with cheese from the Warrior's Guild, or making curry with 60 cooking; only needs a potato, cooked meat or chicken, a spice (can be bought at the RFD chest in Lumbridge) and a bowl for each one. Deranged Archaeologist also drops sharks (20 heal, better than karambwans and can be tick-eaten) and prayer potions quite frequently.

Increase your combat levels, get your attack to at least 70 (preferably 75), defense to at least 65 (preferably 70 for barrows gear), ranged to 70 for black dhide, prayer to 60 for Chivalry (at least, Piety would be preferable but that requires 70) and get your magic as high as reasonably possible for the magic defense bonus.
Klause's fight is hard even with proper gear and levels, but you're definitely just trying to do it too early in terms of levels/items.

OSRS isn't really a game you can beat by sheer will and determination alone.
You can't cheese Vanstrom Klause like you can the entirety of the Fight Cave seriously, if you haven't seen the original level 3 fire cape you should, it's fascinating that one man's autism paid enough attention to the intricacies of the game to break it that hard, you genuinely need to get better prep for Sins of the Father. You'll appreciate it when you get around to Dragon Slayer 2.
