I don't think Kson is Coco. Kson has videos up that were streamed or uploaded during Coco's career, which would probably be
1: a waste of time, since she would have a much more profitable and popular character to be nurturing, and
2: risky for her career as Coco, because she could have potentially signed an agreement to drop other Vtuber characters so as to join on as Coco. Look at what happened with Senzawa and Gura, for instance.

I could well be wrong and even if I'm not I do think Kson deserves the attention because she's cute regardless but if I am right and Coco and Kson are two different people, Kson's own career or personal safety might be in danger because she could end up getting harrassed by mainland Chinese for the mere association with Coco. I'm on a personal quest to find out what kind of man Coco is named after, I'm about to finish up Yakuza 4 and head into 5, so far Kiryu strikes me as a very disciplined, capable, and perceptive man and while he's not a master tactician he can thoroughly analyze a situation and find a clear path. He uses this a lot especially when giving people advice, but I find that he is a poor judge of character, case in point appointing Terada 5th Chairman and Daigo 6th Chairman. Terada wasn't even Tojo and ended up surrounding himself with Yes men and Daigo spent all of Yakuza 2 getting slapped around to the point where Kiryu in Yakuza 3 had to ask Majima to give Diago a hand. Additionally Kiryu still subscribes to the Yakuza notion of 'Might Makes Right' and any encounter or conflict that could've been solved by talking, he'd rather settle with his fists. I think Kiryu is a good person but he doesn't understand the struggles of people who aren't as strong in their convictions as he is. He's like the power lifter trying to give advice to a normie but doesn't understand what its like to have a sub 225lb bench.

I'm powering through, I've had maybe 2 days where I haven't been grinding away at the series. I'm also not doing any of the Japanese board games, I'm not learning Shogi or Mahjong for this challenge.

I don't like Akiyama, loveSaejima, and Tanamura grew on me. Akiyama is supposed to be the lifeline of Kamurocho but his tests bug me because they're very subjective to his moods; Yasuko got a piss easy test and Akiyama gave her a ton of help meanwhile a woman with her kid in tow asked for 1/200 of what Yasuko asked for and was given a 3 hour time limit to find a job and predictablycouldn't accomplish it. He's always dropping lines like he wants his clients to succeed and have money to help them but at the same time it also feels like he likes making people jump through hoops to amuse him. Also he's pretty stupid hiding 100 billion yen in a vault that could be opened by a single push of a button.

Saejima was really cool and I think he's the strongest character in the Yakuza series so far. He's the only one so far not to be btfo by Kiryu and fought him to a standstill before he passed out from his injuries. I think Saejima is stronger then Kiryu because this is a Saejima that's been locked up longer then Kiryu (this was the entire plot point in Kiwami, that Kiryu lost all his fighting prowess because he was in jail for so long), he was malnourished and had just washed up ashore from the ocean so there was no way Saejima was anywhere close to being healthy yet he fought Kiryu to a draw.

Tanamura feels like I'm playing a young Date, a renegade cop that plays by his own rules and doesn't get corrupted by money or power. His fighting style is mechanically the best and he's got a neat side plot where he's trying to solve his father's murder and how it gets tied into the overall Yakuza 4 plot, I just don't see how he'll be relevant in Yakuza 5.
