Longer than 30 minutes gives them time to sing which is a huge moment in the debut. Just look at what Ride on Time did for Gura and what dropping the Ayunda voice on everybody did for Risu. Sure Risu debuffed herself to hell but she was easily the most popular ID out of the gate with the fastest growth because of her singing during her debut.

Having set gaps between each debut stream is a good idea, doesn't force the streamer to rush, gives the audience a chance to reset and do life things and migrate, no possibility of overlapping. Only downsides are a longer overall runtime and some casual dropoff in between streams.
