Youtube VOD is done processing, as expected it's a bit messed up. Because of the 360p issue, the VOD is locked to 30fps, despite the stream being 60fps.
Fortunately it's just a karaoke, so the framerate doesn't matter. If it was a game, especially one that ran at 60fps, shit would have been bad.

I got it working and uploaded it despite her not deleting the VOD yet. She added both streams to her playlist so I guess there is a high possibility she won't remove it or private it. In any case, this merges 2 minutes and 12 seconds of the processed VOD with the rest of the unprocessed VOD so you are getting a "superior" 60 FPS stream if you download this.

You can ignore the rest of the post if not interested in the technical details but I initially wanted to repeat and show the frame 2x times to get 60 fps for the first section but since I started to use RIFE to do frame interpolation experimentally for playback, I decided to do that instead to get the first part to 60 fps and then concatenate both videos together and it does look pretty good, no real artifacts. If you don't like it, you can replace the 2 minutes 12 seconds yourself however you wish but again as said in>>81675599, the portion that she had in high quality 60 FPS natively doesn't cut out any songs if you decide to listen from that point onwards only.
