Anycolor stocks are once again crashing as we head to lunch, as they head into the break at 2499 yen (-65) for today. It's unlikely they'll fully recover, so today will be about taking as few losses as they can.

Also a Major correction I believe hasn't been made atleast here on /news/, but the stock retirement takes effect on the 24th of July.

Riri and Bambi are part of a group called LoliPuff. The group (and its members) have faced a lot of harassment by seething 2views and VTweeters for being lolis. Someone made a Google Doc about the group, but this document was largely falsified and also generally delusional. (For example, the user thinks that anime actually counts as illegal porn, so said user downloaded stuff he thought was illegal, then posted it for more people to see. I don't know how these people think law works. Also, the actual "Google Doc" is a folder with several sub-folders, which was a pain to archive.) I investigated it a while back when I was poking around NOA Talent originally.
I mentioned it at the time, but I didn't find anything concrete or even hearsay from an unbiased source. The root of the claims is a competitor in the CN market linking some vague statements from a CN vtuber (which they claim is Yuefu) to NOA's president, and trying to say that Yuefu owns NOA and Metishon.
When I followed up with Quinn after the fiasco to clarify details, she had no idea what the hell I was talking about, although she was able to confirm some details, which I did publish at the time.

I'm not saying that it's not true, but I wasn't able to find anything that could make it seem plausibly true, and anybody that COULD prove it would likely be a competitor or an independent CN source (who, due to the nature of how Chinese business works, would be very risky to take at face value).
At this time, I would consider it a rrat with meat on its bones at best.

Neither of them have a single idea on how to manage vtubers or run a proper company.

Clarifications:Surge is still set to rebrand. NOA is on board with the idea. Quinn is lying while pretending to sympathize with victims. Nothing new, she has always been a retard. Things might have shifted now that NOA is being called out.
Yuefu is the CEO of Metishon Company, which is the main company for NOA. Yes, he is a questionable character, another reason why I declined to work for them since he has a monopoly over Chinese vtubers and B2. No one dares talk bad about Yuefu because of his character and government ties. He Xiao Tong and Quinn have no real power in the company, puppet management, they all listen to Yuefu and will ultimately receive the backlash, but they are dumb enough to still stay on board while boosting to everyone about mythic talent and hololive.
Nolie was terminated since Quinn and He Xiao Tong are incapable of taking blame for doing the exact things she was terminated for, but she is not entirely without fault. The contract's non-compete isn't even enforceable in Japan, save via folks honoring Niji's blacklist, let alone the states where no one will. The new US rules don't actually change much as such non-competes never survive challenges in US courts. It's really just putting unwritten policy into law to spare them the effort.

The only thing Kunai *actually* has to worry about is their withholding wages, and maybe being blacklisted in certain circles in Japan. However, she's very likely been convinced she has to worry about a whole lot more, and a whole lot more than that is specified in the contract. It's not enforceable, but it's unlikely she's willing to take that risk, assuming she's smart enough to want to abandon the sinking ship before they make her the next to walk the gangplank at all.

Anycolor slid down the graph after today's lunch break, heading home at only 2546 yen (15) for today. They are however, still looking at a 18 yen loss for the week. Things will likely change however, as of today the cancellation of shares has now been completed. With this event, logic dictates that the shares should rise in prices due to supply and demand. However the market is fickle, so it may just be a small jump.

Cover continues onto the 5th straight day of losses, this time closing out at a meek 1942 yen (-46). This makes it now a 124 yen loss overall this week. Optimism to buy is dive bombing. With nearly 75% of those that voted in the Yahoo wanting to sell.
