I also got started playing Apex recently because of Towa (currently at level 16). She really make the game looks fun to play with.

Had an experience in other FPS games (CSGO, Valorant, Quake, etc) and I totally didn't expected how hard the game Apex is. My aim is good but suck at tracking while spraying. They move way too much. Lol. I can only do close-range as long as using Mastiff or Evo for sure-hit shots.

Made it to level 80-something. No prior experience with PC arena shooters. I'd recommend the Alternator, Hemlok, G7, R-301 and the Flatline.
Easy to land shots with these.

Same, I'm MG2 in CSGO but getting into plat in Apex is a goddamn ceiling.
Apex is weird because the TTK is way too long. You would expect most FPS games encourage you to have some trigger control, reload when you need to and only rely on cover-shoot mechanics, but Apex is just catered to ADHD kids dumping full magazine at some poor dude and do ninja shit.
Also there are less and less new players, so you'll get clapped by bunch of 4k hammer premade clowns, and the matchmaking decided you should pair up with level 38 default banner Lifeline.
I have no idea how Towa and friends enjoys playing Apex daily.

Diamond in apex myself, never got past silver in csgo. It's true. its a game that caters to adhd kids that mag-dump people. It's a completely different skillset to csgo. It's more akin to quake than tactical shooters.

The higher rank you go, the more it relies on tactics than actual aim. Sure, aim is important, but if you're in a bad position when you're getting triple angled upon, you're fucked even if you have perfect aim. Use nades, loot fast, rotate fast, get better positions.

If you're still a tactical shooter fag, just play the mastiff and hold doors. It's cringe, but it works. Will get you to plat if you get a squad that does it all together.
