I can play around with my more casual tops on days where I want to bum around in my office but it's hard to wear other pants aside from tapered suit pants. Yep, I use Voicemod (with Elgato's stream deck). You can run your mic through it, then have your OBS mic input be Voicemod's virtual mic, and when you press the soundboard's hotkeys they play through your virtual mic on stream.
The audio is rerouted so it does create another tiny delay for when your audio is broadcast on stream. You can make another audio input source just for that if you really want that to not happen.

There really isn't an audience on twitch for it. Might be better to just make high quality audiobook type recordings and post them on youtube and try to convert those subs into viewers on twitch.
