Depends on what exactly you want out of an oshigama stream. RFA can work if it's someone with 3D, since you'd get to see their squirming and leg clenching. Any game that can be played in short bursts for drinking games are good, so basically any multiplayer game that you're not absolutely god tier at (and I doubt anyone who becomes a vtuber is god tier at a game aside from like, Selen at Apex). In the same vein, any decently difficult game or challenge run would work, like a blind run of Contra, or buster only Megaman. A game that has heavy water based elements when combined with the above would also help with increasing the amount of desperation, like have a casual play Super Mario Sunshine and try to learn speedrunning tricks/routes, and make a drinking game out of failures.
