Tough question, the game does a good job of making all the Reasons glaringly bad in some way. Realistically, I think she'd probably reject them all and end up doing the Freedom ending. If she had to choose one, I think it would probably be Musubi but she would find the idea of no interconnectedness kind of sad. She likes protecting the weak, so Yosuga is probably out.
