Filian probably couldn't ever be a great singer, but she would improve 10x in an instant if she sang with confidence and lost the voice shake. That is tougher than it sounds though. She probably has a good enough ear to hear she's hitting the wrong notes but not enough control to properly correct herself, plus being shy.
