It's not even out yet and we don't know.
Not everything is about the cores. The best for gaming right now is Ryzen 7 7800X3D. It is still 8 core but it has insane L3 cache.
(Ignore that test is for 1080p, they are doing it to remove any possible GPU bottleneck).
For streaming GPU will be more important. You want NVIDIA, at least 20xx series. Ideally 4070 Super or above. (if you want to build a new pc).
It really all depends on what you are streaming/planning to stream. All I said by no means necessary. There are vtubers who streamed WITHOUT ANY GPU, only using crappy CPU with integrated graphics.

I wouldn't recommend buying CPU as soon as it comes out. I did the same in the past and bought 5800X when it released and it had issues. Also X3D version got released later.

I lucked out with my first model. The rigging is meh, but the illustration itself is absolutely god tier, I would even say it’s corpo vtuber tier. The only downside to it, other than the mediocre rigging, is that it’s a bust up model. I wish I had a chance to pay the artist to turn it to a full body model, I had a full year but I kept putting it off. Artist ended up taking an indefinite hiatus now I’m stuck with a bust up only model for god knows how long.

I love both my model designs and all their variations. The left (designed by me) was made to be simple to draw, stylized, and a bit cartoonish. Taking inspiration from artists like funamusea for the blank white skin, and atsushi ohkubo for the pupiless eyes and toothy grin that shows up in my ref sheet among other artworks. The glaring hole through my chest allows me to pass the silhouette test quite easily too. I believe there's beauty in simplicity, so I applied all I could to make patchery memorable, but not cluttered nor forgettable.

As for the right (designed by an anon), I adore greatly. It's seemingly a departure from my original design philosophy, capturing a more playfully seductive angle. Yet it still feels like me. The gloves, the smile, even the way our bangs shape and bring attention to the eyes and face. There's more color in the cheeks too. The makeup highlights and shows off more of the subtle movements and expressions on the model, its clearly made to play in to the strengths of vroid as a program. Plus its cute. People like to look at cute things.

In my initial switch to the Booth model, I feel like I made the wrong choice for hair. The original Crane design having longer hair I felt like was an important part of the silhouette.

If I did update my hair, I would probably go with this one.

Another problem with recently adding PCSS/Ray Traced shadows/Dynamic Lighting to my model is that it's fucked up the coloration of the hair making it a lot darker, and all of my attempts to make the hair match the style and shading of the rest of my model have been in vain or with really bad looking compromises with different and darker lighting conditions.

The recent switch to the modern clothes from default Minase has been mostly to feel like I'm allowed to change out of the crane outfit when I'm not streaming but the look is really growing on me. Reincarnation is part of the lore, so a modern Crane isn't that crazy an idea.

I think Suka has one of the most unique and coolest designs of anyone here.
