In the stream there was a short skit Aqua tried to hire Polka, Botan and Lamy to her "Akukin Construction." Aqua introduced how good her company is, and accidentally told them Marine has been working for 20 yrs and still being cleaning staff.

Then they laughed that's not good company appoints for 20 yrs veteran.

After the “skit” about Marine being a janitor for 20 years, they get a little carried away joking around about it... Saying things like it would be embarrassing to tell your kid you’re a janitor. After a minute or two of that, Botan kind of realizes they might have gone too far and tries to walk it back by saying janitors are important and respectable etc.

Basically they made somewhat insensitive comments while joking around... not too big a deal.

To clarify further, Aqua tells them that one of the perks of working for her company is being able to tell your kid “I helped build that company,” before revealing that Marine’s position at the company is janitor. Cue laughs. They then basically joke about the idea of a janitor telling their kid they helped build a company. What would they tell the child they did? “Clean.” Cue more laughs. Botan then says she thinks janitor is a good job, but doing it for 20 years is... she trails off, Lamy agrees, and they move on.

I don't like Mori because when I first started watching vtubers, I found her playing Omori live and watched just to see her feign interest through the whole thing only to have no idea what was happening in the end needing the chat to spell out the entirety of the events to her. Following that, she just barely invested herself into it enough to muster some of the most terrible fake enthusiasm I've ever seen. It almost turned me off of vtubing as a whole.
After watching more EN, I realize it's half my expectation for reactions and half Mori's absolute autism and inability to act. Still dislike her but with Kiara's nier playthrough, I got a little less irritated and accepted that it's the way they want to experience the game.
