How long are your streams?
There is a thing about streaming, if I open twitch and see someone live, I click on them and I am kinda committed to the stream. I'm not clicking off unless it's some special event.

Starting at 2 - 3 PM GMT is on the early side but you only go up from there if your streams are 5-6 hours long.
