They did, Shiki's currently the biggest english vtuber in those startups and she's only a month old and has no signs of stopping so far in terms of growth. Not to mention how she's been streaming with a shitty PC as she's waiting for her room and PC to be finished before she can focus full time on streaming so she hasnt technically shown her true power yet.

A-chan talked about it on HoloTalk, this already happened. holoJP managment separated from holoEN. they are similar to HoloID in this regard.
thats why you hear "we have no generations in HoloEN" and other bullshit.
HoloJp mb helped Calli with her albums in the past and will help with 3d debuts in term of production, but this is it.
