watame's streams often turn into zatsudans after a little bit of playing. She can read comments/respond in english, but keeps it jp centered. Fairly easy to understand japanese so you don't need a super high understanding to get the message most of the time
Shuba's streams are great too because she puts the topics in english for us

My recommendation for doing reps is that look for chuubas who speak clearly even though they use difficult words/speak fast, or actually ESPECIALLY when that's the case. Mito and Kenmochi are the most famous examples but alot of Nijis are like this.
If you need to start from complete zero then just look up IDs and ENs who speak a lot of Japanese or streams where they specifically speak a lot of Japanese. Reine (in language steams where she's teaching her JP senpais), Ina in streams with JP senpais, Petra, Anya, etc.
