If calling yourself by your character name accidentally (or "accidentally" in the several times Matsuri did it) doesn't break contract, I don't think there's any rules against cosplaying in a private space.
There are also things like twitter accounts who are always releasing Holo porn and then hires Holo roommates to do H ASMR for them, like this one:

Cover is really lax with these things, they do not care that much. Which is part of what always makes me assume they had good reason whenever they terminate someone.
