Somewhat, but I'm sure some of my info is outdated. I followed myth pretty closely during the first few months, but quickly stuck to just Ame and occasionally Gura, but of course I kept up with the most important happenings from the others too. I didn't care about CouncilRyS, and I dropped Ame when she told me to improve myself. Gura was the only holo I was watching from that point on, but since she didn't stream often back then either I got into indies and found how enjoyable it can be to watch someone without thinking about perms, or getting mad about some retarded shit management did. I dropped Gura when she was in Japan and talked about the insane hours she was working for two reasons.
1. If she was able to work that much, she is also able to stream for a few hours a week.
2. Management trying to destroy her voice by trying to make her do 10h recording sessions got me really mad again, and I saw no reason to continue watching something that makes me feel worse when I could just watch a cute indie without a care in the world.
The only reason I am even here is because I am deeply in love with Soya. They better treat her right, or I will make kyoani look like a fucking joke. Making her stream at 5 fucking am is not a good start, I tell ya what.

Yeah, that's understandable. There will probably be some mandatory "idol activities", like singing in Holofes, but it's once a year. For example, Fauna has told us that she got very tired from traveling back and forth between Japan and her home for 3D recordings, and management heard her and now she doesn't have to do much of that anymore. (In fact she got some improved 3D-at-home gear recently.) Other holos focus on music and don't stream nearly as much, etc.
Likewise, we have examples like Gura or Haachama, who have had extended breaks (some lasting into 6th months territory) because of personal reasons, and Hololive seems to accept that.
Overall, Hololive seems to understand that happy talents = productive talents. It doesn't always work out, communication between western talents and JP management seems to be challenging sometimes, but on the whole I think it's better than most other larger corpos.

Anyway, we'll see how Cecilia settles in, but I'm quite confident she'll be fine.

And the Fes are always very high production value and highlight of the year events with all the girls hyped and emotional.
