Liz has a Mori-tier work ethic and insane connections that reach outside the Vtuber world. There is a very real chance she ends up massive. Raora is similar, but only within the industry and she is likely to keep to herself a lot more than Liz will even if she is an insanely talented artist.

She has as much outside experience as Nerissa, but like her is very new to this industry.
Raora on the other hand is probably the most experienced hire to date concerning the working vtubing scene, more so than Shiori considering that girl spent her later years being a fish out of the water, isolated from the actual players.
Her interaction on twitter looks promising but it remains to be seen how readily she will leverage her connections.

You don't need to be big to have crazy connections. She's a legit VA just like Nerissa, but with a bigger legacy. She has a 100 role long IMDB page that covers multiple communities and industries.
Raora was bigger within her niche and she no doubt has a ton of connections as well. But as someone that actually watched her, she'll remain happy in her own little corner, which there is nothing wrong with at all.
