There is no direct link to your VOD channel in the twitch About Section, There is no consistency in your streaming schedule so that is quite bad for retention too, the shorts section of your youtube main channel seems to have been abandoned too so there is another loss of potential viewership gains there too.

Tips on dealing with menhera inclinations:

Lastly, see some nature. In canada, doctors can actually prescribe national park visits for mental health reasons. Nature is that effective. Visit a local natureland, forest, or wildlife reserve. Or even just your local suburban park or garden. Just go see some nature maybe twice a week.
