Well the relationship between clippers and streamers is weird.
Clippers give them advertisement (I think they're overrated anyways, most successful nijis are successful regardless of clips or not) but nobody watches clips of someone they don't care about so clippers are forced to clip popular people in the first place.
The only exceptions are the obsessive ones who clip for their oshi. Or people who do compilation clips like niji usually gets.
